Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for booking an appointment with Learning Buzzers.

If you are not entirely satisfied with any of our services, we’re here to help.

 

Cancellation Refund Policy

Once you book an appointment with us and pay for it, you cannot cancel it. However, if something serious comes up and you know that you will not be able to attend your appointment on its designated date and time, you can send us a written request via email to defer your appointment to another day. The request should be sent to learningbuzzers@yahoo.com and should have the subject “Request to Defer Appointment”. It also should be sent at least 24 hours before your original appointment.

 

Refund Policy

Learning Buzzers follows a ‘No-Refund’ policy. Therefore, once you book an appointment and pay for it, you can no longer ask for a refund. However, as mentioned above, you can request to defer the appointment to another date and time, if you know in advance that you will not be able to make the appointment.

If you do not show up for an appointment at all and do not send a written request in advance to defer the appointment, you are not entitled to ask for a refund.
